Lo mejor del hotel es la atención que te brindan, siempre muy atentos y serviciales a todo lo que les pides y te atienden con una sonrisa, pídeles lo que sea y ellos quien sabe como verán para conseguirtelas y disfruta sus Tortillas hechas a mano, hay una gran historia de ello, pídeles que te la cuenten.
"El personal fue increíblemente amable y eficiente, y la comida deliciosa" Tiene muy buenas vistas de los volcanes de la malinche, el pinal, pico de orizaba, popocatepetl e iztaxihual.
La verdad económico, las habitación amplia para descansar el único detalle es el agua hay que esperar algo para que salga caliente el agua y su ubicación exacta, wifi muy bueno y el personal muy amable
Excelente instalaciones y excelente trato por parte del personal.. solo algunos detalles pequeños con las habitaciones por mejorar pero lo demás bien, sin duda volvería otra vez:)
